Recently I’ve been lucky enough to buy the Kintsugi Bowl and had the pleasure of meeting Lisa. I first came across her work when I bought a Leaf Tubular Bowl and was impressed by its workmanship and uniqueness. Following her on Facebook I saw the story of the Kintsugi Bowl, where she did a “golden repair” after the bowl opened up in the kiln. To say the Kintsugi Bowl is impressive, is an underestimation – at 50cm diameter its striking and takes pride of place in my living room. The exceptional design, materials and inspiration from nature showcase Lisa’s talents as a Ceramicist and her 20 year’s plus experience. Kintsugi Bowl.
